What we build

We deliver Salesforce migration across the most common patterns — Classic to Lightning, Pardot to Account Engagement, legacy CRM to Salesforce, and multi-org consolidation. Migration is a discipline; we run it as one.

How we run this kind of work
01 · Problem

Migrations fail on data, not technology.

A Classic-to-Lightning migration that breaks reports or loses field history is a credibility incident the rest of the program never recovers from. The technical part is the easy part; data hygiene, mapping decisions, and stakeholder agreement are where projects die.

02 · Approach

Audit-first, phased migration.

We start with a readiness audit — what's used, what's broken, what's redundant. Then a mapping document signed by the data owners. Then a sandbox migration with reconciliation. Then production cutover with rollback plan.

03 · Outcome

A migration that's a non-event.

Cutover on the planned weekend. Data reconciled to 100% on the first pass. Reports and dashboards rebuilt and validated. Users trained on Lightning. The whole organisation goes back to work on Monday.

Salesforce migration FAQs.

Q-01How long does Classic to Lightning take?
A standard org with moderate customisation: 12–20 weeks. Heavy Visualforce usage: 20–32 weeks. We do a 2-week readiness audit before quoting.
Q-02Will we lose data?
No. We migrate field by field with reconciliation at every step. Zero data loss is a hard constraint, not an aspiration.
Q-03What about Visualforce pages?
Audited, converted to LWC where active, and deprecated where not. We do not migrate dead code.
Q-04Can you do Pardot to Account Engagement?
Yes — including domain authentication, completion-action rebuild, and Engagement Studio rework where the new architecture requires it.
Q-05What about org-to-org migration after an acquisition?
Yes — schema reconciliation, user identity merging, integration re-wiring, and phased cutover. Multi-quarter program for large orgs.
